The Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus University (or RSM Erasmus University) is the business school of the Erasmus University Rotterdam in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It is has a wide array of undergraduate and post-graduate programmes, including an MBA programme, senior management seminars and PhD programmes.
RSM emphasizes cross-cultural communication and its expertise on ethics and integrity management. The school is also largely internationally oriented (in some MBA classes, non-Dutch students represent 96% of the total number).
