DeVry University and DeVry Institute of Technology are other names used by DeVry Inc. a private for-profit university consisting of full-time and part-time career colleges and technical colleges in the United States and Canada offering a variety of Associate's degrees, Bachelor's of Science in professional studies degrees at the undergraduate levels up through Master's degrees.
The school is operated by the publicly held corporation DeVry Inc. and traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: DV). According to the SEC, DeVry University has been subject to regular controversy in the form of lawsuits, administrative proceedings and regulatory reviews (see the section on controversy).
